Thank you for choosing T&J Event Rentals for your event rental needs. By placing an order or accepting delivery of rental items, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

 

1. Who We Are


T&J Event Rentals is an event and party rental company providing equipment, décor, and related services for private and corporate events. By placing an order, requesting delivery, or accepting rented items, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Reservations & Deposits


A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the estimated rental total are required to reserve items and secure an event date. Reserved items are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

 

3. Cancellations


If an order is cancelled, the following charges apply: cancellations made 2–6 days prior to the scheduled delivery date will be charged 75% of the total rental amount. Cancellations made 1 day prior to delivery will be charged 100% of the total rental amount.

 

4. Payments & Prepayment


All remaining balances, including rental fees, delivery charges, and additional services, must be paid in full no later than ten (10) days prior to delivery. Rental items will not be released or delivered until payment has been received.

 

5. Rental Period & Late Returns


Rental charges are based on the agreed rental period, regardless of use. Items returned after the scheduled return date and time may be subject to additional daily rental fees until all items are returned and inspected.

 

6. Delivery, Pickup & Setup


Delivery and pickup services are available by prior arrangement for an additional fee. Setup and breakdown services may also be provided when scheduled in advance. Additional charges may apply for difficult access, stairs, extended distances, weekend deliveries, or special timing requests.

 

7. Care, Cleaning & Use of Equipment


All rented items must be returned in the condition received. Plates, charger plates, and chafing dishes must be cleaned prior to return. Items returned excessively dirty, improperly packed, or damaged due to misuse may result in additional cleaning or replacement fees.

 

8. Loss, Damage & Responsibility


The customer assumes full responsibility for all rented items from the time of delivery or pickup until return. Charges may apply for items that are lost, stolen, damaged, or rendered unusable, based on repair or replacement cost.

 

9. Liability & Indemnification


T&J Event Rentals is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use or failure of rented items. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless T&J Event Rentals from claims related to possession, use, or transportation of rental equipment.

 

10. Site Readiness & Permits


The customer is responsible for ensuring that event locations are accessible and prepared for delivery and setup. Any required permits or approvals must be obtained prior to delivery. Additional charges may apply for delays caused by site conditions or lack of access.
